There’s nothing like watching a promo for a film set to arrive on IMAX screens in a small window on a website, but shortly of coming round to all of your houses and installing massive tellies, it’s about the best we’ve got.
Here, then, is the new TV spot for Joss Whedon’s The Avengers, which comes with a warm and soothing Samuel L Jackson voiceover (compensating for the fact that, er, we’ve seen pretty much all of this footage before)…
